Anna Morelli is an award-winning Italian screenwriter and film director specializing in high-concept Sci-Fi, Action, and Thriller storytelling for the global market. She made her feature directorial debut with Cybernetic Genesis, a Sci-Fi action film that achieved sold-out theatrical screenings and earned more than 50 international awards across genre and independent circuits.
Her breakthrough as a screenwriter came with Wave Man (2024–2025), a multi-award-winning high-concept Sci-Fi Action screenplay recognized by top international juries, including honors for Best European Feature Script and major accolades in the U.S., China, and Europe. Her work is known for its bold narrative architecture, visually driven writing, and seamless integration of VFX-driven ideas, worldbuilding, and franchise-scale concepts.
Morelli develops original IP with strong commercial potential, designed for film, television, and transmedia expansion. She operates between independent and international co-production models, collaborating with global producers and industry partners.
